How IDD Therapy Works

The treatment involves gently distracting (drawing apart) targeted spinal segments using the SPINA machine. This removes pressure from spinal structures, including the discs and spinal nerves, to reduce pain, promote healing and improve mobility.

Each session lasts approximately 25 minutes. Infrared heat is applied before treatment; cold packs are applied after. Optimal frequency is 2 to 4 sessions per week. Most patients notice a decrease in pain after the first few sessions, with substantial improvement within 2 weeks (10 to 15 sessions).
