Appointments
By booking an appointment at a Spine Plus clinic, you agree to the following:
- You will attend your appointment at the scheduled time, or provide adequate notice of cancellation
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or rearrange an appointment without incurring a late cancellation fee
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or failure to attend without notice may result in a fee being charged
- You will complete any intake or health questionnaire forms honestly and to the best of your knowledge
- You will inform your practitioner of any changes to your health status between appointments
Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are redeemable against osteopathy, physiotherapy, acupuncture and massage treatments at Spine Plus Chigwell and Spine Plus Woodford clinics only
- Gift vouchers are not available for use with online bookings, please contact the clinic directly to arrange a voucher-paid appointment
- 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or changes to voucher-paid appointments
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer or discount
- Gift vouchers have an expiry date which will be stated on the voucher at the time of issue
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced
