Physiotherapy at Spine Plus

Spine Plus provides physiotherapy from our modern clinics in Woodford and Chigwell, both very near a tube station on the Central Line, with parking available on site. As our name suggests, we offer physiotherapy for injuries and conditions of the spine, plus the same expert hands-on treatment and advice for conditions affecting the rest of the body, from tension headaches to foot and ankle problems, and sports injuries such as tennis elbow and Achilles tendonitis.

Our physiotherapists have worked in prominent postgraduate positions in the NHS, in the private sector and for sports teams for many years. In addition, they receive our high standard of in-house training, making them exceptionally qualified to deal with any injury or rehabilitation protocol. As well as treating acute pain and injury, our physios are trained to spot and treat injuries before they happen. Whether it’s soft tissue techniques including massage applied to sore, tight muscles, or medical acupuncture, it’s all guided by your personal preference and what the clinical evidence supports for your condition. Our physiotherapists are also trained to use electrotherapy, including ultrasound, ideal for certain tendon and ligament problems.
