We offer a number of specialist services not widely available in the region:

IDD Spinal Decompression Therapy

Non-surgical treatment for disc injuries, sciatica and spinal stenosis. One of the UK's most experienced providers. Requires recent MRI, we can arrange imaging if needed.

Focused Shockwave Therapy

One of a select few UK clinics offering true focused shockwave. 100x more powerful than radial devices. Suitable for calcific tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, erectile dysfunction and chronic musculoskeletal pain.

Stimpod NMS460 Nerve Therapy

FDA-cleared pulsed radiofrequency stimulation for peripheral neuropathy, CRPS, sciatica and post-surgical nerve pain. One of the first UK clinics to offer this treatment.

Spinal Assessment Clinic

In-depth spinal assessments combining surgical-grade orthopaedic examination with detailed MRI review. Extended 60-minute initial appointments. Suitable for complex cases and second opinions.

Rapid Diagnostic Imaging

Access to 3T MRI with expert report from the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital radiologists. Open MRI, seated MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray also available. Typical turnaround 48–72 hours.

MSK Injection Therapy (Kennington)

Ultrasound-guided joint and tendon injections available at our Kennington clinic through our specialist injection team (Dr Hoque and Dr Naem).

How to Refer

Referrals can be made by:

  • Calling your patient's nearest clinic directly
  • Emailing a referral letter to info@spineplus.co.uk
  • Asking your patient to book directly, no formal referral letter is required

We will acknowledge all written referrals and provide a summary of findings and treatment plan following the initial assessment if requested.
