At our Woodford clinic, Spine Plus delivers senior-led, multidisciplinary musculoskeletal care. Rather than a single-discipline physiotherapy or osteopathy model, we operate as a team of osteopaths, physiotherapists and specialist therapists, supervised by clinical directors.

Appointments are available Mon–Fri 8am–8pm, and Saturdays 10am to 4pm. Reception is staffed weekdays 8:30am–5:30pm and Saturdays 10am–2:30pm if you’d rather call ahead.

All of our osteopaths are registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC). No GP referral is needed for self-pay patients.

We also maintain close working relationships with surgeons, consultants and radiologists. If your condition needs specialist imaging, a second opinion or a surgical referral, we can arrange this quickly, including rapid access to MRI, ultrasound and X-ray reporting.

We’re at 5 Jubilee Market, St Barnabas Road, Woodford Green, IG8 7BY, 2 minutes’ walk from Woodford Underground Station (Central Line), with local bus stops close by. Free parking is available on site along St Barnabas Road, except weekdays 2pm–3pm.
