Spine Plus provides physiotherapy from our modern, outer London clinics in Woodford and Chigwell. Both clinics are very near a tube station on the Central Line (Woodford and Grange Hill underground stations), and parking is available on site.
As our name suggests, we offer physiotherapy for injuries and conditions of the spine, plus the same expert hands-on treatment and advice for conditions affecting the rest of the body, everything from tension headaches to foot and ankle problems, as well as sports injuries such as tennis elbow and Achilles tendonitis.

Our physiotherapists take a hands-on, evidence-based approach to treatment. Your first appointment includes a detailed consultation, thorough physical examination and, where appropriate, hands-on treatment during the same session. You will also receive clear advice on next steps, including exercises, activity modification and an individualised treatment plan.
Where beneficial, our physiotherapists can also use our clinic’s advanced technology including shockwave therapy, TECAR, Class IV laser therapy, and IDD spinal decompression, all in one place.
