Andrew Mayers

Andrew is an Osteopath, MSK-focused manual therapist, rehabilitation practitioner, and Reformer Pilates instructor with over 15 years of clinical experience. Andrew currently works at our Woodford and Chigwell clinics, he has a strong interest in evidence-based musculoskeletal care, combining hands-on treatment with progressive rehabilitation and the latest treatment tech, to help patients achieve long-term results. Drawing on his previous experience as a high-level basketball player, Andrew has a particular passion for sports injuries, performance, and rehabilitation.
