Robert Shanks is a fully registered Osteopath, Medical Acupuncturist, Clinical Pilates Instructor and one of the UK's leading Focused Shockwave Therapy practitioners. He has been treating patients since 2000 and continues to see patients at our Chigwell clinic. Robert founded Spine Plus (originally Chigwell Osteopathy Practice) in 2000, is the author of Back Pain Decoded, a patient guide to understanding and overcoming back pain, lectures in MRI spinal analysis for manual therapists, and co-founded GO2imaging.com, a specialist imaging and reporting service.
