Treatment Programmes
Structured, condition-specific treatment combining osteopathy with the latest medical-grade therapies

At Spine Plus, we have developed structured treatment programmes for specific conditions. Each programme follows a logical sequence of assessment and treatment, integrating hands-on osteopathic and physiotherapy care with advanced technologies including IDD spinal decompression, focused shockwave therapy, TECAR, Class IV laser and medical acupuncture.
Our programmes are designed to address both the immediate pain and the underlying cause, with rehabilitation to prevent recurrence. Appointments are available Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and on Saturdays at all our clinics.
Fees: 60-minute appointments from £80, 30-minute follow-up appointments from £60.

What All Our Programmes Include
Regardless of which programme is appropriate for your condition, all treatment at Spine Plus includes:
- Thorough initial assessment with medical case history and physical examination
- Clear explanation of your diagnosis and treatment plan
- Hands-on treatment at every appointment
- Integration of advanced therapies where appropriate
- Home exercise guidance and an "action plan" to take away
- Honest advice on timescales and expected outcomes
- Rapid access to MRI, ultrasound and specialist referral where required
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
For simple sprains and strains, most patients improve significantly within 1 to 3 sessions. For more complex or long-standing conditions, a structured course of 6 to 12 sessions is typical, with frequency reducing as improvement progresses.
We do not use high-pressure sales or exaggerated scare tactics. Our ethos is focused on patients' needs before profit. We will give you an honest assessment of what treatment is likely to achieve and at what cost.
